Welcome to Shree Group Umreth Trust ("we", "us", "our", "the Trust"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of shreegroupumreth.com and your registration for and attendance at events organized by the Trust ("Service").
Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also govern your use of the Service. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all three and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service — you're welcome to email us at help.shreegroupumreth@gmail.com so we can try to find a solution.
By using our Service, you agree that we may send you information related to your registration or the event (e.g. booking confirmation, entry pass, event updates), and occasionally other event announcements. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by emailing help.shreegroupumreth@gmail.com.
Registration is open to anyone who provides accurate and complete information. Depending on the pass category you select, registration may require your name, phone number, email, and — for identity- verified pass categories — a valid Aadhaar number, an Aadhaar card photo, and a profile picture, used solely to confirm your identity and prevent duplicate registrations under the same Aadhaar number for the same event. You represent that all information you submit is true, correct, and complete, and you are responsible for entry issues arising from incorrect information you provided.
No account or login is required to register — this is guest checkout. Payment itself is handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details on this site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration at any time for reasons including pass-type/capacity availability, a pricing or listing error, a suspected duplicate or fraudulent registration, or an unauthorized transaction.
Prices for each pass type are shown at the time of registration and are payable in full, in Indian Rupees (INR). We may change pass pricing, availability, or capacity at our discretion at any time before a registration is confirmed by payment; any fee change takes effect only after that change is made, and a completed payment locks in the price and pass type you registered for.
All registrations are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details before completing payment.
Your digital QR pass must be presented (on a phone or as a printed copy) for entry and may be scanned on each day of a multi-day event. A pass is valid only for the person(s)/seats it was issued to. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry, without refund, for conduct that endangers others, violates venue rules, or misrepresents who is entering (e.g. a shared or altered pass).
You are responsible for your own belongings and safety at the venue. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for injury arising from your own conduct at the event.
Photography and video may be taken at the event for promotional and archival purposes and may feature attendees. By attending, you consent to such use unless you inform us otherwise in advance in writing.
We may need to change an event's date, venue, timings, or format due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. weather, venue availability, government directives, or force majeure). We will make reasonable efforts to inform registrants of any material change.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to any claim that content on the Service infringes someone's copyright or other intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, email help.shreegroupumreth@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Infringement" and a detailed description of the claim. You may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for a misrepresented or bad-faith infringement claim.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you agree that: (i) you won't assert any intellectual property right in that feedback; (ii) we may already be considering similar ideas independently; (iii) your feedback doesn't contain anyone's confidential or proprietary information; and (iv) we're free to use it (including to copy, modify, and build on it) without any obligation to you.
The Service may link to third-party websites or services we don't own or control. We have no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms, and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Trust and its officers, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from these Terms or your registration or attendance, including personal injury or property damage. If liability is found despite this, it is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question, and never includes punitive or consequential damages.
We may cancel a registration and bar entry at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including a breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply after that.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your registration are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Umreth, Gujarat, India. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it; if a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and these Terms remain the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued registration or attendance after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
